Refund Policy
Last updated September 10, 2026
What can be refunded, what cannot, and how to ask. Your statutory rights come first and nothing here reduces them.
Who refunds you
Purchases are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd as Merchant of Record, so a refund is issued by Paddle and returns to the payment method you used. You can raise a request with Paddle directly, or with us — we will handle it either way.
To ask us, write to juniortalisson16@gmail.com from the address on the account, and say what was bought and why you want it back.
Your right to change your mind
In Brazil, the Código de Defesa do Consumidor (art. 49) gives a consumer buying at a distance seven days from the purchase to withdraw, with a full refund and no reason required.
In the EU and UK, consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal, subject to the usual exception for digital content you asked to be supplied immediately.
Where both a statutory right and anything below could apply, the statutory right wins.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal and does not end the period you have already paid for — you keep everything until that period runs out.
Because access continues to the end of the paid period, we do not normally refund the remainder of a period part-way through it.
If a renewal charged you unexpectedly — you meant to cancel, or did not know it was recurring — write to us. We would rather refund a renewal nobody wanted than keep money from someone who is not using the product.
Credit packs
Credit packs are prepaid capacity. An unused pack can be refunded within the withdrawal period above.
Credits that have already been spent on runs cannot be refunded, because the compute they paid for has been consumed. A partly used pack is refunded in proportion to what is left, at our discretion and always at least to the extent the law requires.
Purchased credits do not expire, so there is no case in which you lose them by waiting.
When something is our fault
If the service failed in a way that stopped you using what you paid for, we refund it. That includes an outage of ours long enough to matter, and a charge taken in error.
We do not refund for failures of a third-party service you connected, or for a script of your own that did not do what you intended — but write to us anyway, because we would rather look than assume.
What we do not refund
Compute that has already run. Amounts already consumed against a plan allowance. Self-hosted licence fees for a period already served.
An account terminated for a serious breach of the Terms of Service.
How long it takes
We answer a refund request within five business days. Once Paddle issues a refund, the money takes as long as your bank or card issuer takes to show it — typically five to ten business days, and outside anyone’s control here.
A Pix refund returns to the account that paid.
