Fixes for compile errors and for reading JSON in C, C++ and Bash.

Fixed
- A compile error is reported as one, with its own code, so you can tell it apart from a crash.
- C, C++ and Bash scripts read JSON answers from waiso.api correctly.
- JSON in the API reference is highlighted.
