Use case

Run Python scripts on a schedule — no server to keep

Paste your script, pick when it runs, and Waiso runs it in a sandbox at that time, every time. Each run keeps its output and logs, and a failure reaches you before your users notice.

A cron job without the machine

Choose every minute, hourly, daily or a cron expression in your own time zone. Waiso queues the run, installs the packages your imports need and records how long it took.

def main(prices: list[float] = [19.9, 24.5, 18.0]):
    return {
        'day': date.today().isoformat(),
        'average': round(mean(prices), 2),
        'items': len(prices),
    }

Know when it fails

Every run is on record with its inputs, output and logs. Add an alert and a failed run sends an e-mail, Slack or webhook message — and another one when it works again.

From one script to a workflow

When the job grows, chain scripts, SQL queries and e-mails into a flow and schedule the whole thing — same editor, same history.

Questions

How often can a Python script run?

As often as every minute on paid plans; the shortest interval of each plan is on the pricing page.

Do I need to install packages myself?

No. Waiso reads your imports and installs the packages for the run, cached for the next one; versions are frozen when you publish.

Can I run it on my own server instead?

Yes. The same platform installs on your machines with Docker or Kubernetes, and your schedules work the same way.
